NECO Timetable 2026 for Science Students
The National Examinations Council (NECO) has officially released the 2026 Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) Internal timetable. Science students can now view the complete schedule for Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Agricultural Science, Geography, Further Mathematics, and Technical Drawing.
Candidates are advised to pay close attention to practical examination dates because attendance is mandatory. Missing any practical paper may result in a “No Result” status for the subject.

Important Science Practical Examination Notes
Science Practicals Are Compulsory
All science candidates must participate in practical examinations for subjects such as:
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Physics
- Agricultural Science
- Technical Drawing
Candidates who fail to attend practical examinations may receive no result for the affected subject.
Practicals May Be Conducted in Batches
Schools with large candidate populations may conduct practical examinations in multiple sets or batches where laboratory equipment is limited.
Candidates should confirm their specific practical schedules through their schools.
Scientific Calculators Are Allowed
NECO permits the use of standard scientific calculators during examinations where applicable.
However, the following items are strictly prohibited:

- Electronic devices capable of storing information
