KOICA Scholarship Requirements

- Meet the admission requirements of the selected university
Doctoral Degree Applicants
Candidates must:
- Meet all Master’s level eligibility requirements
- Hold a Master’s degree from a recognized institution
- Satisfy the university’s doctoral admission criteria

Application Process
There are two stages of application:
1. KOICA Round
Applicants must apply through:
- KOICA overseas office
OR - Korean Embassy in their country
2. University Round
Only candidates who pass the KOICA Round will proceed to the university selection stage.
