These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website exampack.org, its mobile applications, and all related services (collectively referred to as the “Platform“) operated by EPack.
By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
1. About Our Service
EPack is an educational platform that provides resources and tools to help Nigerian students prepare for WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, and JAMB examinations. This includes syllabuses, past questions, result checkers, subject combinations, registration guides, cut-off marks, scholarship information, and dedicated mobile apps.
Important Note: EPack is not officially affiliated with WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, JAMB, or any examination body. We only provide supportive educational materials and information.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. If you are under 18 years of age, you may only use the Platform with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3. User Accounts
- You may need to create an account to access certain features (such as saving subject combinations, tracking progress, or using premium content).
- You are responsible for keeping your login details (password and email) confidential and secure.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
- All content on EPack, including but not limited to syllabuses, past questions, study materials, text, graphics, logos, apps, and design, is the property of EPack or its licensors and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright laws.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the materials solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
- You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, or commercially exploit any content from EPack without our prior written permission.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful and educational purposes. You must not:
- Use the Platform to cheat in any official examination
- Share, sell, or publicly distribute our past questions, premium content, or apps
- Attempt to hack, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
- Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful material
- Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
- Impersonate any person or entity
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and all its content are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
We do not guarantee:
- That the information (including result checkers, cut-off marks, or syllabus) will always be accurate or up-to-date
- That our past questions or materials will match the exact official exams
- Uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform
Always cross-check critical information (exam dates, results, cut-off marks) on the official websites of WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, and JAMB.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EPack, its owners, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason.
9. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the Effective Date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Abuja, Nigeria.
